Welcome to Cova Spa. By purchasing any of our services or products, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules ensure a smooth and professional experience for both our clients and our team.

Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance (business days). Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be considered "No-shows" and their appointment may be canceled without a refund.

Recurring Absences: After three "No-shows" or late arrivals, the client must pay a deposit equivalent to the full cost of the service to schedule future appointments.

Packages and Memberships

Non-refundable: All packages and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

Non-transferable: Packages and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

Validity: Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused services after the expiration date will not be refunded or accumulated.

Promotions: Promotions cannot be combined and only one promotion can be applied at a time. These apply exclusively to individual sessions and not to packages or memberships.

Refund Policy

Services: Payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

Products: Due to hygiene policies, intimate products such as girdles, compression garments, and related items cannot be returned.

Defective Products: If a product is damaged or defective, it will be evaluated by our team. No refund is 100% guaranteed, and the final decision will be at the discretion of the spa's management.

Client Responsibilities

Health Conditions: Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries before their treatment.

Postoperative Care: Our lymphatic massages are designed for general well-being and postoperative care but do not replace medical treatment.

Behavior: We maintain a professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the service without a refund.

Spa Rights

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with these terms.

Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Ownership: Cova is the owner of this page and reserves all rights outlined in these terms and conditions.
